Ascend 20 feet up a winding walkway between pines and oaks to this beautiful, tranquil treehouse studio. Walls of glass on three sides look out at the Back River, the salt marsh and the forest. Sliding glass doors open to a 32 foot deck for soaking in the scenery. A tree sculpture adorns the ceiling. Minimalist decor and connection to the natural world make this a place of restoration, inspiration and many happy returns.
This treehouse studio is one big open room, 32'x24', with a custom made king size bed, a record player (and small record collection), comfy chairs, dining table, fridge, coffee cart, water bubbler, yoga mats, and a curated set of books. No traditional kitchen. Large outdoor fire-pit.
NOTE: to get to the bathroom, guests must descend the winding walkway back to ground level and walk 50' to their private bathroom (full bathroom, with shower).

Our stay in the Tree House was absolutely amazing! There was plenty to do all around the islands, during the short bits of time that we could pull ourselves away from the peace of the Tree House and overall property at Seguin Dwellings. We created, we read, we healed, and we explored. One day we were even visited by a beautiful hummingbird while relaxing on the high deck, there isn’t a star rating that could describe that experience. The staff were welcoming and flexible and even accommodated us asking to come up one day early at the last minute!

Out stay at The Treehouse Studio was absolutely lovely. Everything was smooth from the moment we booked our stay, until our trip was over. We were able to request two separate blankets via email prior to our trip, and they were glad to accommodate us. When we arrived at the location, everything was clean and matched the pictures (the pictures don't do it justice actually.. the views are amazing), They had left us a helpful guide for local amenities, and for the surrounding towns and areas. The bathroom was in a separate building, but still very easy to access. We used the kayaks during our trip, it was easy to find them, and to use them. I've already shared my high praise with multiple friends who are looking forward to also booking their trip sometime soon. Can't wait to go back!
